TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Tevlore. By using this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at contact@tevlore.com prior to ordering.

In these Terms and Conditions, "Tevlore", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Tevlore Ltd. "You" refers to any user of this website and/or customer placing an order.

Placing an Order

Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your items are dispatched. As orders are processed immediately, we are unable to amend or cancel once confirmed. Any unwanted items must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are applied at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

Tevlore accepts payments via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Klarna and Clearpay services are available to eligible UK customers and are subject to approval. Missed payments may impact your credit rating. Additional terms apply via Klarna and Clearpay.

Billing & Account Information

Tevlore reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address. We may also decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for commercial purposes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchase and account information provided is current, complete, and accurate. This includes maintaining up-to-date billing details, shipping addresses, and contact information to allow us to process orders and communicate where necessary.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and may exclude certain products, collections, or Mark Down (sale items). Only one code may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively. Tevlore reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by region and will be confirmed at checkout. Please note, Tevlore does not currently offer next day delivery services. Duties and taxes are included for UK orders only; international clients are responsible for any applicable customs charges.

Taxes & Duties

Tevlore covers all duties and taxes for orders shipping within the United Kingdom.

All other international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means you may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your local authority before delivery can be completed. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds

Tevlore offers a 14-day return period for all customers, starting from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags and branded materials.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We require proof of postage with a tracking number and recommend insuring the parcel for its full value. Tevlore is not liable for lost returns; any issues must be resolved directly with your courier. For international returns, any duties or taxes paid are not refundable should you choose to return your item.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items do not meet these conditions.

Please note, Tevlore does not offer exchanges.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and require approximately 2-3 weeks for completion and dispatch. These items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Mark Down Items

Items marked as Mark Down are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or credit note. All Mark Down purchases are considered final.

Products & Services

Tevlore products are available exclusively online and may be produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and all products are subject to our Returns Policy where applicable. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Tevlore also reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

While we endeavour to display product colours, textures, and images as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to individual screen settings. Tevlore cannot guarantee that your device’s display will precisely reflect the true appearance of any product.

Product Information

We take care to ensure accuracy in all product specifications. However, due to the nature of materials and craftsmanship, slight variations may occur between items. Each piece is presented in Tevlore’s signature packaging.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Tevlore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability. If your order is affected, you will be notified promptly. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All content featured on www.tevlore.com, including but not limited to imagery, text, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Tevlore Ltd. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Website Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use www.tevlore.com for lawful purposes only. Any misuse of the website, including attempts to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or engage in fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who breach these terms.

Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date, occasional errors or omissions may occur. Tevlore reserves the right to correct any such errors without prior notice and does not accept liability for inaccuracies.

Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

Our website may provide access to third-party tools or services over which Tevlore has no control. These are provided 'as is' without warranties or endorsements. Your use of such tools is entirely at your discretion and risk.

User Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or content submitted to Tevlore, whether solicited or unsolicited, may be used by us without obligation or compensation. We are under no requirement to maintain such submissions in confidence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tevlore Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this website or breach of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

Tevlore reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions. Any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination shall continue to apply.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with any policies posted on www.tevlore.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tevlore regarding the use of our website and services.

No failure by Tevlore to enforce any provision shall be deemed a waiver of our rights. Any ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against Tevlore.

Liability

Tevlore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. We do not guarantee that access to our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Tevlore experience, please contact contact@tevlore.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. Should delays occur, we will provide regular updates until resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

Tevlore reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
