Orders & Payments
Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure efficient dispatch. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once confirmed. If you no longer require your item, you may request a return after delivery.
An item I wanted is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Tevlore pieces are crafted in limited quantities to preserve exclusivity. While select styles may return, many are part of a single release. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter for updates on restocks and new collections.
Do you offer promotional discounts?
We occasionally offer private promotions to our community. Join our mailing list for exclusive access to offers and early entry to upcoming collections.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Tevlore offers worldwide shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
UK: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 5–10 business days
A tracking link will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Are customs duties or taxes included?
Duties and taxes are included only for UK orders. International clients may be subject to local customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Tevlore offers a 14-day return period for all customers, starting from the date of delivery. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original packaging, tags and any branded materials intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
For international returns, please note that any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable. If Tevlore incurs any return customs charges, these will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet these conditions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Tevlore does not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
How do I arrange a return?
To request a return, please contact contact@tevlore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our Client Care team will guide you through the process.
What if I receive a faulty item?
We are committed to delivering quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear images of the issue. We will prioritise resolving this matter.

How should I care for my Tevlore garments?
Your care keeps your Tevlore garment timeless. Each piece includes care instructions on the product label, and additional details can be found on the product page. For delicate fabrics and structured designs, we recommend professional dry cleaning to maintain the integrity of your garment.
Are Tevlore collections limited edition?
Yes. Our collections are produced in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity and reduce unnecessary production. Once sold out, items may not return.
How can I find my correct size?

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order
Some Tevlore pieces are available on a pre-order or made-to-order basis to ensure exclusivity and reduce unnecessary production.
These orders typically require 2-3 weeks for completion and dispatch. You will be notified once your order is ready to ship, along with any key updates during the process.
Please note, made-to-order items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
